In 1888, James Pyke Thompson opened a small art gallery in his garden for local people to visit on Sundays when very little else was open; he believed that our wellbeing was improved by looking at art.
The Turner House is a stunning setting for your ceremony. The upper gallery is light and airy and with exhibitions regularly changing, art will surround you as you start your new life together.
The ground floor gallery is also ideal for a ceremony or could be used for a first toast and light buffet before you move on to continue your day.
